The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) released their Safety Management System (SMS) snapshot report on August 26, 2016. We decided to take a closer look to find out the most common motor carrier safety violations in Texas. After all, it is our home state.

In September 2016, the TDLR Advisory Board met in Austin, Texas. We reviewed their staff report and found some interesting statistics.
